Brian Shoemaker I understand that its a "mystery bundle" but I never would've expected to get a female gi as a man. I reached out to customer service and let them know that as active duty military, I'm not going to wear a pink gi at Jiu Jitsu on base. I aas told "it's considered final and I can try to trade or resell it myself"
We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. Our mystery bundles are designed to include a wide variety of colors and styles at a heavily discounted price, which is why all mystery bundle purchases are considered final sale.
We would also like to clarify that the gi you received was an A-size gi matching the size ordered. While the color may not have been your preference, a pink gi is not considered a female-only gi, and mystery bundles can include any colorway we currently have available.
We truly do understand that mystery products are not for everyone, but the tradeoff for the significant discount is that specific colors and styles cannot be selected or exchanged afterward. We appreciate your service and your support of our brand.
