Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or due to high demand, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
