Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t right with your order from Inverted Gear, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Start your return through our self-service return portal:
https://pandanation.invertedgear.com

You’ll be prompted to log in through the Shop App, where your order history will appear. Select the item you’d like to return and submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a return shipping label and instructions.

If you would like an exchange please add what size you would like sent back in the note box.

 

Please include a note inside your return package indicating whether you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Refunds: A $10 return label fee and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: No fees
  • Store credit: No fees

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.


Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unwashed and unworn
  • Not have been used for training
  • Be unaltered and in original condition
  • Include all original components

Examples:

  • Gi sets: Jacket, pants, and gi bag must be returned together
  • Starter gis: Jacket, pants, and belt must be returned together

Return Inspection

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that show signs of washing, training, alterations, damage, or wear may not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit and may be returned to the customer.
