Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To begin a return, please use our self-service return portal:

You will be prompted to log in through the Shop app, where your order history will appear. From there, select the order and item you would like to return and submit your return request.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email containing your return shipping label and instructions.

Please note that return requests may be declined if they fall outside of our return policy.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unwashed

• Items must not have been worn or trained in

• Items must be unaltered

• Items must be returned in original condition

All pieces originally included with the product must be returned.

Examples:

• Gi Sets: Jacket, pants, and gi bag must be returned together

• Starter Gis: Jacket, pants, and belt must be returned together

Returns that arrive missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

If an item shows signs of:

• Being washed

• Being trained in

• Alterations or modifications

• Damage or wear

The return may be delayed or declined, and the item may be sent back to the customer as it does not meet our return policy requirements.
