How long does the shipping take?

 

We usually try to ship within 48 hours from receiving an order we use USPS priority and UPS ground. Within North America it usually takes from 2 days to up to 10 days. East coast customers get their orders within just a few days.  

  

International shipping?

 

We do ship internationally. Shipping costs have consistently gone up over the last few years, this is out of our control. Once you start the checkout process you will see shipping options and prices. Please be aware this does not include any duty tax or customs fees.

 

Can I pick up my order?

 

No, we no longer offer this option.

 

If something is wrong with a gi or other product, can I return or exchange it?

 

Yes, within 30 days of your order. If you find something is wrong with a product, and you'd like to return or exchange, ship it back to us and we'll take care of you - exchange, repair or refund. Refund or exchange is performed on unused, never washed items only, no exceptions.

 

Refund policy

 

We will refund your money for not worn, not used, not washed items. This does not include the shipping cost.
