Your daily training gi shouldn't cost $200.

It also shouldn't fall apart after six months.

The Minimalist Panda Gi is built for the everyday grappler — light enough for long sessions, durable enough for years of mat time, and priced so you can actually train in it rather than save it for special occasions.

A 280 GSM pearl weave jacket paired with 100% cotton twill pants, and a single embroidered panda at the hem. Nothing else.

Pre-order & shipping

In-stock sizes generally ship within 48 hours, often the same business day.

Sizes marked Pre-Order are reserved from the next production run and are expected to ship in late August. Only sizes marked Pre-Order follow that timeline.

Use code PREORDER15 at checkout to save 15% on eligible pre-order sizes.

Pre-order dates are estimates and can move with freight or customs clearance. We start shipping reserved orders as soon as the inventory lands.

If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order sizes, it ships complete once everything is ready. Get in touch if you would rather split it and we will sort that out.

Features & sizing

280 GSM pearl weave jacket. Light and breathable enough for long sessions without feeling bulky.

100% cotton twill pants. Soft, comfortable, and built to keep going.

Reinforced stitching. Strength where the gripping, scrambles and repeated washing actually happen.

One embroidered panda at the hem. Nothing on the sleeves, nothing on the back.

Easy care. Wash, dry, train, repeat.

Sizing. Unisex A0–A5, including slim (S) and roomier half (H) cuts. Women's F0–F3. Kids M00–M3. Our gis are not pre-shrunk, so expect a little shrinkage after the first few washes.

  1. You can tell this was designed by someone that really understood BJJ. The extended gusset, the slightly longer lapel, all of it.
    David Morris
  2. Light, very comfortable, and great price! Love the fact it's plain without a bunch of flash, makes it easier to place dojo patches etc on it anywhere.
    Daniel Brady
  3. Been using them for class and they are standing up to the abuse. Very well made and light.
    Fernando Ramos
